Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and manage check-ins and check-outs
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
  • Assist guests with questions, directions, and local recommendations
  • Address and resolve guest concerns professionally
  • Maintain accurate guest records and room key inventory
  • Support front desk operations as needed

Requirements

  • Experience with an IHG branded hotel highly desired
  • Ability to manage time effectively, complete required tasks on time
  • Knowledge of and ability to operate computer equipment and the reservations system

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Stable work history required
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Need to be a team player
  • Effective in conveying information and ideas clearly
  • Effectively handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary
  • Effective at listening to, understanding, clarifying and resolving the concerns and issues raised by guests
