Responsibilities
- Greet guests and manage check-ins and check-outs
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
- Assist guests with questions, directions, and local recommendations
- Address and resolve guest concerns professionally
- Maintain accurate guest records and room key inventory
- Support front desk operations as needed
Requirements
- Experience with an IHG branded hotel highly desired
- Ability to manage time effectively, complete required tasks on time
- Knowledge of and ability to operate computer equipment and the reservations system
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Stable work history required
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Need to be a team player
- Effective in conveying information and ideas clearly
- Effectively handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary
- Effective at listening to, understanding, clarifying and resolving the concerns and issues raised by guests
