Essential Functions
- Managing the pre-arrival process, including assigning guest rooms, communicating with guests through text messaging and telephone and coordinating special needs or requests.
- Providing service to guests, including checking in and out, managing lobby traffic and flow, assisting with luggage, providing telephone operator services and taking reservations.
- Responding to guest inquiries and resolving guest issues and complaints.
- Maintaining an accurate accounting of all cash, charges and receipts.
- Aiding with valet, shuttle services and baggage handling as needed.
Requirements
- One year or more of hotel front desk experience is preferred.
- One year or more of experience with PEP property management system is strongly preferred.
- Hilton Hotels experience is preferred.
Compensation
- $17.00 per hour starting pay.
- $500 bonus after your first 90 days.
