Front Desk Agent
About the role
The Front Desk Agent is a central part of the Front Office Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests have a smooth arrival and departure experience. This high-profile department carries a special responsibility. The Front Desk Agent welcomes and registers hotel guests, explains the accommodations and establishes credit or method of payment. They check guests out of the hotel, prepare and explain the bill. They respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policies.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and register hotel guests
- Explain the accommodations and establish credit or method of payment
- Check guests out of the hotel, prepare and explain the bill
- Respond to a wide variety of guest requests
Requirements
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in Hotel property management systems
- Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English
- Continuous standing for 8 hours a day
- An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any task
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hospitality or related field preferred
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Pay
Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
Schedule
The schedule is flexible but typically includes continuous standing for 8 hours a day.
