Job Details

Join Our Team at Hampton Inn & Suites|Home2 Suites Las Vegas. We're seeking passionate hospitality professionals to create exceptional guest experiences. Located near the convention center and UNLV, our hotel caters to both business and leisure travelers.

About the role

Front desk agents assist with all aspects of guest services and present a positive impression of our hotel. They handle check-ins and check-outs, provide information and services to guests, and manage reservations.

Responsibilities

  • Check guests in and out according to hotel and/or brand standards.
  • Inform guests about hotel facilities, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide tourist information to guests.
  • Handle the hotel phone system, transfer calls, and take messages.
  • Accurately take and modify guestroom reservations.
  • Deal with inquiries, requests, and complaints from guests.
  • Cookier special requests and coordinate with other departments.
  • Perform cashier duties, post charges, and notify housekeeping and maintenance of issues.
  • Follow security procedures and maintain the cleanliness of the Front Office area.

Requirements

The hotel operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Schedules may vary to accommodate fluctuating business demands. Employees are required to adhere to all work rules, procedures, and policies.

Qualifications

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 25-35 pounds.
  • Professionalism, composure, and sound judgment in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

  • Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures.

Pay
