About the role
We are looking for our next great team member to join our outstanding Front Desk team!
Responsibilities
- A champion of empowerment and guest satisfaction at our AAA Four Diamond accredited property.
- Build morale with your team and engage them with service recovery using Hilton's methods to make it right every time.
- Be a liaison between the front desk and other departments and act as the manager on duty.
- Provide outstanding customer service interactions, and address guest concerns with enthusiasm.
- Show a keen eye for detail and ensure guest experience from check-in until check-out.
- Address conflicts when they arise and make it right for our guests every time.
- Show comfort with organizational and time management skills to support the role.
- Enjoy flexibility in shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
