Job Summary
As a Front Desk Agent, you will provide a critical first impression to guests and deliver exceptional service. You will greet guests in person and over the phone, solve problems, use a computer to check guests in and out, and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and confidently.

Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak fluently
- Regular use of a computer and different software
- Continuous movement, standing, and occasional lifting or moving up to 20 pounds
