Responsibilities
- Efficient and courteous operations of the front desk.
- Checking guests in/out, collecting balances, making reservations, handling room moves, and responding to guest requests.
- Answering and transferring calls from the switchboard, answering guest questions, and making courtesy/follow-up calls.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth responses to guest requests.
- Processing incoming revenue, managing credit card machines, balancing cash drawers, and performing other inventory management tasks.
- Preparing check-in packets, ordering office supplies, entering maintenance/service requests, and managing RCI banking and memberships.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma/GED is preferred.
- Prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.
- Computer skills, attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work under pressure are required.
