About the role

The Hampton Inn by Hilton in Colchester is seeking a dynamic agent to join their Front Office Team. Positions are available for both full-time and part-time roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in the arrival and departure processes
• Create reservations
• Answer and direct all calls to the hotel
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all guests
• Process payments and manage requests and communications
