Job Type Part-time Description We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and hospitality-driven individual to join our team as a Part-Time Front Desk Agent. If you enjoy creating positive guest experiences and making people feel welcome, we’d love to have you on our team! In this role, you’ll be an important part of each guest’s experience, from handling reservations and welcoming guests at check-in to assisting with their needs throughout their stay and ensuring a smooth departure. The ideal candidate is personable, dependable, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. This part-time position requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. All applicants must successfully pass a background check. Job Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To Greet all guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurate.Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively. Process reservations and cancellations through the hotel management system. Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and enhance their experience. Requirements At least two years of customer service experience, preferably in a hotel front desk setting or a similar role.Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities. Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.Required skills are typing, math, accounting, computer, and credit and cash handling procedures.Read, write, and communicate effectively in English.Ability to assess situations correctly using sound reasoning to make decisions and solve problems.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing guest accounts. Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. See and read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids.Hear and understand speech at normal levels and on the telephone.Speak so that others may understand at normal levels and on the telephone.Must have finger dexterity to be able to operate office equipment such as computers, printers, multi-line touch tone phones, filing cabinets, photocopiers, and other office equipment.Have the ability to stand for a 4-hour period with or without reasonable accommodation.
