About the role

This is a short-term position for Fright Fest, a special event celebrating its 33rd year at Six Flags Magic Mountain. Join our talented ensemble and bring your creativity to the underworld as part of our scare team.

Responsibilities

• Apply make-up and prosthetics to actors

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous theatrical make-up experience
• Creative and detail-oriented

Physical Requirements

• Constantly standing, talking, climbing, walking, reaching, using finger movement, grasping, feeling, speaking clearly, hearing conversation, and using hearing acuity
• Frequent stooping, bending, and kneeling
• Ability to see near and far
• Working in extreme heat, sun, cold, wetness, humidity, and temperature changes for up to two-hour intervals at a time
• Must be able to carry 5 to 10 pounds of weight; all lifts over 51 lbs. require help from a coworker or mechanical device

Schedule

Overtime may be required from time to time to accommodate business needs.
