Job Functions
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen, along with adherence to proper food safety procedures
- Assist the Fresh Food Manager with proper task execution and completion while following effective safety practices
- Work with and coach the team to prepare and package fresh kitchen items in a timely manner to maximize customer service expectations and results
- Manage food inventory and ordering supplies to ensure stock is fresh and adequate
- Cooking and packaging fresh kitchen items
- Cross train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Team Member, facility maintenance, and leadership roles
- Aid in pricing, promotions, and ensure the deli meets profitability goals
Additional Duties
- Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds
- Ability to work in various temperatures
