Fresh Cuts Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned packing or processing tasks on the production line
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
• Absorb and prepare for line transitions between shifts
• Follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Identify quality or safety concerns and report to the Line Leader
• Assist in moving materials and replenishing supplies
• Maintain accurate records or labels when required
• Support continuous improvement efforts and cooperate with team initiatives

Qualifications

• Education: Prefer High School or GED but not required
• Experience: No experience required, on-the-job training provided
• Skills: Ability to follow instructions, work well on a team, attention to detail, safety awareness, effective communication, reliability, ability to perform job duties requiring continuous or repetitive physical activity
