About the role

Responsibilities
- Teach classes according to provided lesson plans and may develop them based on pacing charts.
- Mark exams related to the taught subjects in accordance with the department's schedule and materials.
- Discuss student disciplinary and academic performance concerns with the Academic Quality Controller and Head of Department.
- Implement the SABIS® Point System to create a conducive learning environment.
- Proctor exams as required, ensuring a secure and organized testing environment.
- Support academically low-performing students to help them improve and reach their full potential.
- Prepare and follow up on external exam preparations, reviewing past exams as part of a structured revision schedule.
- Assist with additional school duties such as testing students, substituting for absent teachers, organizing students for lunch and bus transportation, controlling crowds and traffic, and other administrative tasks.
- Participate in student life activities and events like art, open houses, and physical education, coordinating with the Student Life Coordinator.
- Attend training sessions to enhance understanding of the SABIS® system and improve student performance.
- Perform other related tasks or projects as assigned and delegated by the School Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience.
- English proficiency.
