About the role

Auxillium is a unique call center in the US, supporting smaller projects both in-house and remotely. We specialize in enhancing customer experiences for start-ups, small companies, and those outsourcing for the first time across various industries including sports, gaming, healthcare, dispatch, worker’s comp, medical research, and financial services. We aim to provide exceptional service through excellence in quality, accuracy, and process improvement.

Requirements

  • Assists English & French passengers via inbound phone calls with their bookings and inquiries.
  • Create and make changes to bookings.
  • Assist travel agents with inquiries on international flights and bookings.
  • Handle English & French chats with passengers and potential customers.
  • Respond to English & French emails.
  • Work the airlines' queues.
  • Learn flight schedules.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all passengers.
  • Respond to passenger enquiries redirected from social media.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
  • Issues tickets and EMD’s.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Language: English/French.
  • Amadeus and Sabre systems knowledge and practice.
  • High school diploma or GED, or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in assisting customers in various airline trip contexts: leisure, family/friends, business, and tourism.
  • Experience and knowledge in the Airline industry: understanding of complex regulations and rules; ability to explain in simple terms.
  • Experience with airline low-cost pricing models is appreciated.
  • Good geography knowledge.
  • Willingness to guide customers in building trips with needed ancillaries and ensuring full transparency of conditions and restrictions.
  • Amadeus and Sabre systems knowledge and practice.

Pay Rate

  • $17.00 Monday - Friday
  • $19.00 Saturday - Sunday
