French - Generalist Voice Actor

About the Role

What if your voice could directly shape how AI communicates with millions of French speakers around the world? We're looking for talented French-speaking voice actors to record high-quality audio and evaluate AI-generated speech — helping the next generation of AI sound natural, expressive, and authentically human.

What You'll Do

• Record clear, high-fidelity French voice performances using provided scripts and prompts
• Evaluate AI-generated speech for naturalness, accuracy, expressiveness, and flow
• Provide structured, constructive feedback to help improve synthesized voice quality
• Review and refine scripts as needed to ensure they sound natural and are easy to deliver
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Full fluency in spoken French — native or near-native
• Prior experience in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or comparable audio-focused work
• Access to professional recording equipment and a quiet, acoustically suitable recording space
• Able to consistently deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated performances
• Strong attention to detail when evaluating pronunciation, tone, pacing, and overall clarity
• No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience across multiple voice styles — commercial, narrative, conversational, character
• Familiarity with audio editing software or digital audio workstations (DAWs)
• Knowledge of regional French variations — European, Canadian, African, or otherwise
• Background in linguistics, communications, or performing arts
