Key Responsibilities:• Maintain and update freight records, including bills of lading, shipping manifests, and delivery confirmations.• Verify accuracy of freight data against source documents and resolve discrepancies promptly.• Coordinate with dispatch teams to ensure timely and accurate record updates.• Generate reports on freight movement, delays, and compliance metrics for management review.• Ensure adherence to company and regulatory requirements for freight documentation.
