Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of export professionals
• Develop and implement export processes and procedures
• Ensure that export processes are executed in a timely, accurate, and cost-effective manner
• Cook up and coordinate with internal teams, such as logistics and customer service, to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods
• Maintain relationships with customers and partners
• Analyze market trends and identify areas for process improvement
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
• Manage and oversee documentation for export shipments
• Develop and implement training programs for the export team

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in ocean export operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Familiarity with export regulations, customs clearance procedures, and industry best practices
