Position Summary
Operates forklifts and completes work assignments by following company policies and procedures.
What you'll do...
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Operates forklifts safely and follows company guidelines.
- Completes work assignments and prioritizes tasks effectively.
- Manages inventory flow and maintains safety of the facility.
- Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation.
- Handles merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers.
- Provides member service and resolves member issues.
- Maintains safety by conducting safety sweeps and following procedures.
- Ensures club pick-up orders are filled and merchandise is staged correctly.
- Reports poor inventory practices and low instock levels.
- Operates and maintains forklifts safely and reports poor or unsafe conditions.
- Proactively identifies and assists customers with technology services.
- Identifies and addresses shrink opportunities and problems.
- Maintains and organizes merchandise and ensures proper stocking.
- Handles defective merchandise according to company policies and regulations.
- Monitors the area for shrink, security risks, and safety.
- Handles moves and displays goods safely and correctly.
- Tracks goods, maintains instock levels, and controls shrinkage.
- Reports poor inventory practices and low instock levels.
- Uses inventory tools and equipment in a safe and correct manner.
- Forklift Operates and maintains forklifts in a safe and correct manner.
- Reports poor or unsafe conditions or practices in assigned areas.
- Tells Management when forklifts are not in proper working order.
- Technology Proactively identifies customers who need help, actively engages them, and assists them with technology services.
- Models and helps others with technology services.

Minimum Qualifications
- 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience.
- Retail Experience.
- Supervising a team.
