Position Summary
Operates forklifts and completes work assignments following company policies and procedures.
What you'll do...
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Operates forklifts safely, picking up, moving, placing, and positioning merchandise and pallets.
- Completes work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners.
- Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, guiding, supporting, and assisting with purchases and issues.
- Maintains safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
- Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation by stocking, rotating, removing damaged or outdated goods, setting up displays, and ensuring proper zoning.
- Handles club pick-up orders by picking, staging, and auditing orders for accuracy.
- Manages inventory by tracking goods, maintaining stock levels, controlling shrinkage, and reporting poor practices.
- Operates and maintains forklifts safely, reports poor or unsafe conditions, and follows company steel standard guidelines.
- Proactively identifies and assists customers with technology services, identifies shrink opportunities, and takes steps to fix problems.
- Maintains and organizes merchandise and supplies, ensuring proper stocking and removal of damaged or out-of-date goods.
- Ensures merchandise is displayed prominently and performs occasional audits for accuracy.
- Handles moves and displays goods safely, tracks goods, and maintains inventory levels.
- Reports poor inventory practices and low stock levels, and uses inventory tools and equipment correctly.
- Uses technology to identify and assist customers, models and helps others with technology services, and maintains equipment and products in correct ways.
- Respects individuals by embracing differences, creating a supportive workplace, recognizing contributions, and fostering a culture of belonging.

Minimum Qualifications
- 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
- Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience.
- Retail Experience.
- Supervising a team.
