Freight Flow Associate

Position Summary

Operates forklifts and completes work assignments following company policies and procedures.

What you'll do...

• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Operates forklifts safely and follows company standards and guidelines.
• Completes work assignments and prioritizes tasks effectively.
• Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases and issues.
• Maintains safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps and following procedures for handling hazardous materials.
• Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation according to company policies.
• Handles moves and displays goods safely and correctly, tracking goods and controlling shrinkage.
• Ensures club pick-up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging merchandise.
• Uses inventory tools and equipment safely and correctly, reports poor inventory practices, and monitors for shrinkage and security risks.
• Forklift Operations: Operates and maintains forklifts safely and correctly, reports poor or unsafe conditions, and performs regular maintenance.
• Technology: Proactively identifies and assists customers with technology services, identifies shrink opportunities, and takes steps to fix problems.
• Respect the Individual: Embraces differences, fosters a culture of belonging, and supports the development of others.
• Act with Integrity: Maintains high standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance, and acts in a selfless manner.

Minimum Qualifications

• 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer Service Experience.
• Retail Experience.
• Supervising a team.
