Position Summary
Operates forklifts and completes work assignments by following company policies and procedures.
What you'll do...
- Operates forklifts safely and adheres to company standards and guidelines.
- Completes work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners.
- Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
- Maintains safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, and handling hazardous materials.
- Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise and ensuring proper display of merchandise.
- Handles moves and displays goods safely and correctly, tracking goods, maintaining inventory levels, and controlling shrinkage.
- Ensures club pick-up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging merchandise.
- Uses inventory tools and equipment safely and correctly, reports poor inventory practices, and monitors shrinkage risks and safety.
- Operates and maintains forklifts safely and correctly, reports poor or unsafe conditions, and performs occasional audits for accuracy.
- Proactively identifies customers needing help, engages them, and assists with technology services.
- Identifies shrink opportunities and problems, takes steps to fix them, and properly maintains equipment.
- Respects individuals by embracing differences, fostering a culture of belonging, and supporting the team.
- Acts with integrity by maintaining high standards of ethics and compliance, holding oneself and others accountable, and supporting Walmart's regenerative goals.

Minimum Qualifications
- 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience.
- Retail Experience.
- Supervising a team.
Pay and Benefits
Hourly wage range: $19.00 to $27.00*

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
