Position Summary
Operates forklifts and completes work assignments following company policies and procedures.
What you'll do...
- Operates forklifts safely and complies with company standards.
- Completes work assignments by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners.
- Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases and issues.
- Maintains safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, and handling hazardous materials.
- Maintains the sales floor by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or outdated goods, and ensuring proper display of promotional and seasonal merchandise.
- Handles club pick-up orders by picking, staging, and auditing orders for accuracy.
- Manages inventory by tracking goods, maintaining stock levels, and controlling shrinkage.
- Uses inventory tools and equipment safely and correctly.
- Proactively identifies and addresses shrink opportunities and problems.
- Ensures proper maintenance of equipment and products.
- Identifies and reports poor inventory practices and low stock levels.
- Works collaboratively with team members and mentors others.
- Models and assists with technology services.

Minimum Qualifications
- 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
- Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience.
- Retail Experience.
- Supervising a team.
Pay and Benefits
The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00*. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
