Position Summary

Operates forklifts and completes work assignments following company policies and procedures.

What you'll do...

• Operates forklifts safely and follows company standards and guidelines.
• Completes work assignments by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners.
• Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases and issues.
• Maintains safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, and handling hazardous materials.
• Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or outdated goods, and ensuring proper display of promotional and seasonal merchandise.
• Handles inventory by tracking goods, maintaining stock levels, controlling shrinkage, and auditing pick orders for accuracy.
• Operates and maintains forklifts safely and reports poor or unsafe conditions.
• Proactively identifies and assists customers with technology services and issues.
• Maintains and organizes merchandise and supplies, ensuring proper inventory flow and following company policy and procedures.
• Ensures club pick-up orders are filled by assisting with picking, staging, and auditing pick orders.
• Respects individuals by embracing differences, fostering a culture of belonging, and supporting associates' growth and development.
• Strives for excellence by displaying curiosity, taking calculated risks, and demonstrating resilience in the face of challenges.

Minimum Qualifications

• 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer Service Experience.
• Retail Experience.
• Supervising a team.

Pay and Benefits

Hourly wage range: $19.00 to $27.00*

The actual hourly rate equals or exceeds the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
