Duties and Accountabilities
- Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with both new and existing clients
- Possess strong relationship-building and customer service skills – you love connecting with people and solving problems
- Proactively prospect, generate leads, and land new accounts while expanding opportunities with current customers
- Learn how to sell, negotiate, and close customers in a competitive, fast-paced environment
- Utilize cutting-edge tools to track leads, manage your pipeline, and stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with a variety of teams ensuring smooth transactions and world-class service
- Identify opportunities to improve our offerings, value proposition, and sales cadence
- Develop creative approaches to onboard, retain, and grow new customer accounts

Prior Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree OR relevant freight brokerage experience
- Recent graduate or 1-2 years of experience – no experience? No problem! If you have the right drive, we’ll train you
- Previous experience in freight brokerage or logistics preferred but not required
Physical Capabilities and Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours per day, at a desk in front of a computer screen
- Proficient use of a keyboard, mouse, and monitor, as well as the ability to type, scroll, and click efficiently
- Occasional light lifting and carrying of objects up to 20 pounds, such as office supplies or small equipment
- Able to move within an office, including occasional walking, bending, reaching, and climbing short flights of stairs
- Adequate vision to read documents, use computer screens, and navigate office space
- Able to work in an environment with moderate noise, such as printers, telephones, and office conversations
