Responsibilities
- Ensure the coordination of the daily recording and documentation of all logistics assignments related to Truck Load Brokerage and Capacity Team
- Maintain the highest level of safety for all Glen Raven and Contracted personnel
- Maintain and provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
- Operate in accordance with Federal and Company guidelines regarding operation of commercial motor vehicles
- Participate in after hours and week-end related activity as needed or scheduled
- Maintain accurate reports and data as needed to provide essential information for Key Performance Indicators
- Ensure the coordination of the daily communication with all Internal and Contracted personnel
- Maintain customer and carrier negotiations in absolute real time to ensure maximum communications, service standards, and profitability
- Participate in after hours and week-end related activity as needed or scheduled
- Ensure all proper shipping documentation is completed and processed
Requirements
- Associates Degree in Business or related field or equivalent education and related training
- Three years of previous related experience is required
Qualifications
- Problem solving

- Organized and efficient in a fast paced work environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products or related
Skills
- Knowledge of transportation/logistics industry
- Experience with Department of Transportation (DOT) and Hours of Service compliance
