Key Responsibilities

• Possess a strong pipeline of freight opportunities
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing new business
• Oversee day-to-day management of customer accounts and freight movements
• Coordinate with carriers and internal operations teams to ensure successful load execution
• Negotiate rates with both customers and carriers to maintain strong profit margins
• Provide exceptional customer service and proactive communication
• Grow and retain existing accounts by identifying new opportunities and expanding freight volume
• Maintain strong customer retention through service and communication
• Contribute to the growth and performance of the overall team

Qualifications

• Sales, business development, or account management experience preferred
• Freight brokerage experience with a book of business
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive, results-driven mindset
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
