Freight Broker Agent (Experienced Sales)

Requirements

• Manage book of business
• Handle all operations and communication with customers and carriers
• Able to be a self-starter without need to be constantly managed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage current customers while developing relationships in order to grow customer base
• Professional collaboration and coordination with shippers, carriers and dispatchers

Compensation

• $40,000 annual pay
• $500 sign on bonus after completing onboarding
• $5,000 seat cost to cover DAT, employee tools and monthly pay
• 20% commission up until $45,000 book of business
• 25% commission over $45,000 book of business
• Grow by 9% or more monthly and capture an additional 25% commission of the new growth
