Freezer Selector- New Starting Pay!

Responsibilities

• Order Selectors operate a double ride-on electric pallet jack, select product and build pallets for the next delivery day.
• Select orders from warehouse stock, using scanner technology.
• Safely operate electronic pallet jack.
• Securely wrap pallet orders to maintain stability and avoid damage.
• Train and license provided.
• Perform all work within Company safety practices.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Full-time schedule: Sunday – Thursday, with rotating mandated Friday shift starting at 5:00 pm until all orders are loaded.

Qualifications

• Repetitive bending and lifting up to 55 lbs., occasionally lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Work in refrigerated/freezer warehouse, temperature range from 0-50 degrees.

Skills

• Computer literacy (scanner technology).
• Attention to detail.
• Physical stamina for lifting and bending.

Pay

• Starting pay for Freezer Selectors: $21.50/hour.
• Earn an additional $1-$3/hour freezer premium when working in the freezer.
• Performance incentives for speed and accuracy, up to $35+ per hour.

Schedule

• Full-time: Sunday – Thursday, with rotating mandated Friday shift starting at 5:00 pm.
