Freezer Selector

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a cherrypicker to pull product
• Read pick slips and match product descriptions and units of measure
• Pack and stack boxes properly to prevent damage
• Place boxes on pallets in correct stop sequence
• Label boxes with customer information and load numbers
• Pull bulk product and move it to the merge location
• Maintain accuracy and speed while working in freezer temperatures
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members
• Arrive on time and complete tasks safely and efficiently
• Cross-train in other warehouse roles as needed

Freezer Work Details

• Temperature: Freezer area stays around –5°F to +10°F
• PPE Provided: Full freezer suit, gloves, boots, and head/face protection
• Warm-Up Breaks: Regular warm-up periods provided for comfort and safety
• Equipment: You will operate an electric pallet jack or order picker for most tasks
• Physical Activity: Constant walking, lifting, stacking, and moving pallets

Physical Requirements

• Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting
• Lift up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Work in a freezer environment with proper PPE
• Operate powered equipment safely and consistently
