About the role

Imperial Trading Co., LLC is seeking initiative‑taking and skilled Selectors (order fillers) to join the team in the New Albany, MS area. Experience with forklift, reach truck, or electric pallet jack is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Pull product using equipment in assigned areas.
• Operate an electric pallet jack or order picker; read product nomenclature and unit of measure and confirm with bin location.
• Pack product in the sequence of pick‑slips.
• Place boxes on a pallet by stop sequence where needed.
• Follow guidelines to prevent product damage during loading or shipping.
• Apply labels containing product, customer information, and load number to boxes.
• Pull bulk product and move to the merge location.
• Report to work on time as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor and complete duties timely.
• Maintain area cleanliness at the end of the shift.
• Participate in cross‑training for other warehouse roles as company needs dictate.

Requirements

• Certified and authorized electric pallet jack operator.
• Ability to regularly lift 10–25 lb and occasionally up to 50 lb.
• Vision abilities: close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Ability to stand, use hands/fingers, reach, and occasionally walk, talk, hear, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Willingness to work in wet/humid, outdoor, extreme cold, and near moving mechanical parts or high precarious places.

Pay

$14.50 per hour.

Schedule

1st shift: Monday through Friday, 4:00 am until the work is complete for the day.
