Freezer Manager

JOB DETAILS Job Summary The Freezer Manager supports the management of frozen and dairy inventory by ensuring product quality, proper storage conditions, and accurate inventory handling. This role focuses on maintaining compliance with company standards and supporting efficient daily operations. Key Responsibilities Support daily freezer operations to ensure product availability and organizationMaintain accurate inventory levels through proper storage, rotation, and replenishmentEnsure all products are stored and handled in accordance with company and food safety standardsMonitor product condition and remove any unsellable or damaged itemsSupport and guide staff in maintaining proper freezer organization and proceduresAssist with merchandising and product placement within freezer areasSupport receiving processes by verifying incoming frozen and dairy product for quality and accuracyMaintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance within freezer and dairy storage areas Qualifications Previous experience in retail, warehouse, or inventory operationsBasic understanding of inventory control and product handlingStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with frozen or perishable inventoryFamiliarity with temperature-controlled environmentsExperience in high-volume operations Work Environment / Expectations Primarily retail or warehouse environment with temperature-controlled areas. Requires standing, walking, and handling products for extended periods. May require schedule flexibility based on department needs.
