Freelance Web Developer – Artist & Designer Sites

A Seattle-based artist and industrial designer seeks a freelance web developer to rebuild an existing Weebly site into two distinct, easy-to-manage websites. The primary focus is on creating a visually engaging art site with a high-resolution gallery, e-commerce functionality, custom commission request flow, searchable blog/archive, automated newsletter integration, and essential bio and contact pages. The secondary site will showcase industrial design projects, featuring a dedicated portfolio, designer bio, link to the art site, and a quote-request form. The ideal candidate will recommend a user-friendly platform that ensures the client retains full ownership of domains, accounts, and site files. A brief handoff walkthrough is required to enable independent content updates. In-person meetings in Seattle are preferred but not mandatory.
