Key Responsibilities
- Develop social media strategies aligned to brand, business, and engagement KPIs.
- Assess competitive social landscapes and translate insights into channel strategies, content pillars, and measurement frameworks.
- Advise on social channel setup, verification, governance, and launch planning for Rx brands.
- Build MLR-ready workflows, including review processes, fair balance requirements, AE/PQC escalation, and comment moderation.
- Develop reporting frameworks using native social analytics and GA4.
- Support the development of social governance, workflows, escalation procedures, and archiving processes.
- Recommend AI-assisted approaches for social listening, content tagging, and reporting within regulatory and privacy requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in Social Media Strategy.
- Direct experience supporting prescription pharmaceutical, biologic, or regulated healthcare brands.
- Experience launching or managing Rx brand social channels across LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram, YouTube, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of FDA/OPDP requirements, fair balance, MLR review processes, and AE/PQC escalation.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Contract Details
12-Month Contract
Approximately 15 Hours per Week (Ad Hoc)
100% Remote
US East Coast Candidates Preferred
