Pay

• $15/hour base pay
• $50 bonus per signed contract
• No cap on bonuses – quickly increase your effective hourly earnings

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold outreach calls to small businesses in the U.S.
• Understand prospects' needs and identify key decision-makers
• Create new commercial opportunities and pass them to the sales team
• Guide prospects through the first steps of the process

Requirements

• A sales-driven mindset with a passion for people
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and organized
• Creative, proactive, and resilient when facing objections
• Skilled communicator who thinks in terms of solutions
• Comfortable using basic digital tools
• Registered freelancer
• Located in the US or Canada
• Native or fluent English speaker

Qualifications

• Experience with Google Sheets (bonus)
• Familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot (bonus)
