Freelance POV Event Brand Advisor - Philadelphia, PA

About the Role

We're engaging experienced, self-directed Brand Advisors for a short-term event project in the Philadelphia, PA market to represent POV for an exclusive brand founder event on September 26th at Sephora Chestnut Street.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales toward ambitious event targets during live in-store events
• Execute event mechanics — GWPs, TOAs, and the specific focus of each activation
• Bring high energy and expert client engagement that makes the event feel like an experience
• Rally and activate the store team so the whole floor is behind the event
• Represent premium national brands with polish and professionalism

Requirements

• Proven prestige beauty/retail selling experience and a track record of hitting aggressive sales goals
• Experience running or working beauty events and know how to create energy on a floor
• Ability to operate independently — manage your own approach to hitting sales targets without hand-holding
• Available for the full set of event dates listed
• Reliable transportation to the event locations

Details

This is an independent contractor (1099) engagement, not employment — you invoice for the project and are responsible for your own taxes.

Pay

Flat day rate of $200 per event day, paid on completion.
