Freelance Event Brand Advisor - Phoenix, AZ

About the role

We're engaging experienced, self-directed Brand Advisors for a short-term event project in Phoenix, AZ on September 19th at Ulta 1132 Avondale.

• Driving sales toward ambitious event targets during live in-store events
• Executing event mechanics — GWPs, TOAs, and the specific focus of each activation
• Bringing high energy and expert client engagement that makes the event feel like an experience
• Rallying and activating the store team so the whole floor is behind the event
• Representing premium national brands with polish and professionalism

Requirements

• Proven prestige beauty/retail selling experience and a track record of hitting aggressive sales goals
• Experience running or working beauty events and know how to create energy on a floor
• Ability to operate independently — you manage your own approach to hitting the number without hand-holding
• Available for the full set of event dates listed
• Reliable transportation to the event locations

Details

This is an independent contractor (1099) engagement, not employment — you invoice for the project and are responsible for your own taxes.

Pay

Flat day rate of $200 per event day, paid on completion.

You'll receive an event brief and brand education materials; how you hit your goals on the floor is up to you.
