Freelance Event Brand Advisor - Seattle, WA

About the role

We're engaging experienced, self-directed Brand Advisors for a short-term event project in Seattle, WA on September 18th & 19th at Ulta 180 Lynnwood and Ulta 1693 Aurora Shopping Center.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales toward ambitious event targets during live in-store events
• Execute event mechanics — GWPs, TOAs, and the specific focus of each activation
• Bring high energy and expert client engagement that makes the event feel like an experience
• Rally and activate the store team so the whole floor is behind the event
• Represent premium national brands with polish and professionalism

Requirements

• Proven prestige beauty/retail selling experience and a track record of hitting aggressive sales goals
• Experience running or working beauty events and know how to create energy on a floor
• Operate independently — manage your own approach to hitting the number without hand-holding
• Available for the full set of event dates listed (September 18th & 19th)
• Reliable transportation to the event locations

Pay

Flat day rate of $200 per event day, paid on completion.
