RemoteRemoteMarketing$75/hrFull-time
About the role
Latitude 26 Media is a boutique, video-first marketing agency. We're looking for a freelance paid media specialist to manage ad strategy for a multi-location healthcare client. Our in-house team handles day-to-day execution in the ad platforms, while you provide the strategy, direction and QA. Engagement is remote, freelance or contract, with a monthly project fee of $1,500 for up to 20 hours a month ($75/hr). Fixed scope; after 90 days there is strong potential for additional work across other Latitude 26 accounts.
Responsibilities
- Google Ads strategy and optimization: search strategy, campaign structure, bidding, budgets, keywords and search terms
- Light Meta oversight: campaign and audience recommendations, a read on creative performance, and budget guidance
- Monitoring conversion tracking and data quality, including flagging compliance concerns in a healthcare setting
- Direction and QA for our internal team's in-platform execution
- A prioritized fix list in month one, based on a review of current account health
- Making platform changes directly when it protects performance or moves work forward faster
- Communication: a 30‑minute call with the Latitude 26 team every other week; async updates by Google Chat or email between calls, with a response within one business day; a monthly paid media summary built into our existing client report; occasional client meetings as needed, coordinated through Latitude 26
- Out of scope (quoted separately and approved in advance): tracking rebuilds or new technical implementations; landing page development; creative production; any work beyond 20 hours in a month, billed at $75/hr only with prior approval
- Note: Client accounts and assets remain the property of the client and Latitude 26; if the engagement ends, we expect a clean handoff of access and documentation.
Requirements
- Previous paid media work in healthcare is required. Applications without healthcare experience will not be considered.
- Hands‑on Google Ads experience, with Meta as a strong secondary skill
- Working knowledge of HIPAA considerations for ad tracking and data
- Comfort directing someone else's execution rather than doing all of it yourself
- Consistent, proactive communication – this matters as much as technical skill
- Plus: experience in other regulated industries (finance
