Freelance Mid-Senior Video Editor

About the role

We are Paradigm, a 20-year-old financial services company based in the United States. Our mission is to share our proprietary wealth strategy and technology tools with a wider audience. We are currently seeking a dedicated video expert to manage post-production editing for our three content pillars: a weekly podcast (30–60 minutes), a monthly internal webinar (45–60 minutes), and a monthly client-facing live stream (60–90 minutes).

Responsibilities

• Edit long-form video content
• Creatively integrate visual assets, graphics, text, and charts
• Develop short marketing clips (5–10 minutes each) from the original footage
• Deliver weekly podcasts by Friday and monthly content within 2–3 days of receiving footage

• Passionate about video editing

Qualifications

• Mid-level to senior experience in video editing
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent software
• Strong understanding of storytelling through video
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
