Freelance Graphic Designer – Aviation Pitch Deck

About the role

This role involves refreshing a pitch deck for a global initiative focused on increasing the representation of women in aviation careers. The designer will update the visual and narrative elements of the presentation to effectively communicate the organization's mission, impact, and collaborations with key aviation industry stakeholders and government departments. The refreshed deck will be used to present to a range of audiences, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and alignment with the organization's goals. The project must be completed by the end of September.

Deliverables

• Redesign and update the existing pitch deck to enhance visual appeal and storytelling.
• Ensure the presentation clearly communicates the organization's mission, impact, and partnerships.
• Adapt content for diverse audiences, including industry stakeholders and government representatives.
• Deliver a polished, ready-to-present deck by the specified deadline.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions as needed to meet project objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing impactful pitch decks or presentations, preferably for non-profits or advocacy organizations.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual storytelling, layout, and branding.
• Proficiency in presentation software such as PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides.
• Ability to distill complex information into clear, engaging visuals and concise messaging.
• Excellent communication skills and responsiveness to feedback.
• Availability to complete the project by the end of September.
• Experience working with clients in the aviation or related sectors is a plus.
