About the role
This is a freelance role for a Tendem project. As a Graphic Designer, you'll work across a variety of visual design tasks, with a particular focus on logo design, brand identity, and visual concept development. You may also work on layouts, infographics, social media templates, one-pagers, and other marketing and communication assets. We are looking for a versatile designer who can translate ideas and brand concepts into clear, distinctive visual solutions while maintaining a high level of craft and consistency across different formats.
Responsibilities
- Design distinctive, professional logos and visual identity concepts based on different brand requirements and creative briefs
- Explore and develop multiple logo directions, using strong conceptual thinking to translate brand ideas into effective visual symbols and systems
- Apply branding principles across different assets to maintain a consistent and recognizable visual identity
- Create clean layouts, modern infographics, and clear visual hierarchies to ensure readable and engaging content
- Design reusable templates for social media channels, marketing materials, and impactful one-pagers
- Elevate everyday materials by working deeply with advanced typography, grid systems, and thoughtful composition
- Transform raw data and concepts into professional, polished visual assets tailored to specific marketing and communication goals
- Enforce design quality standards through systematic verification of visual alignment, color usage, and layout consistency prior to delivery
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual communications is desirable
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related creative fields is a plus
- Candidates must have a strong portfolio demonstrating professional graphic design work, with relevant examples of logo design, branding, or visual identity development
- Particularly interested in designers who can demonstrate the ability to create original logo concepts and translate brand ideas into effective visual solutions
- A broader portfolio showcasing formats such as social media graphics, marketing collateral, infographics, and one-pagers is also highly valued
- Looking for versatile specialists with an exceptional grasp of typography, visual composition, color, and grid systems
- An adaptable, fast-paced, and detail-oriented approach is essential, along with the ability to work independently to solve visual challenges
- English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above (required)
- Must include a link to your portfolio with graphic design examples

- Logo & Identity Design: Proven ability to develop original logo concepts and visual identities, from initial exploration through polished final execution
- Branding: Strong understanding of brand identity principles, including typography, color, visual language, consistency, and practical application across different formats
- Concept Development: Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate abstract brand ideas into distinctive, relevant, and visually effective concepts
- Layout & Typography: Exceptional grasp of typography, precise grid systems, and visual composition to elevate everyday materials
- Visual Asset Creation: Proven ability to structure information cleanly through modern infographics and compelling social media templates
- Design Tools: Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma to handle a wide spectrum of visual tasks
- Format Versatility: Seamlessly switch between designing impactful one-pagers and highly engaging digital templates, adapting to the constraints of each medium
