The Role We Are Social is looking for a Freelance Content & Community Manager! You are proactive, socially-savvy, and detail oriented. You should be able to react quickly in a fast paced environment, taking ownership of delivering our best work. You should be truly passionate about social media, know what trends are shaping it, what best practices look like and how brands and fans are changing the landscape. This is a part-time (20 hours per week) contract role. What You'll Do Own and manage social content calendars and post approved content in a timely mannerEngage with communities via comments leveraging the established tone and personality of each brandIdentify opportunities for brands to participate in trends, moments, and conversationsHelp inform reporting and performance insights utilizing automated and native platform toolsManage comment copy across various social platforms, adapting the tone of voice to resonate with specific target audiences and maintain brand integrityCategorize and articulate the nuances between positive, negative, and neutral sentiment to provide the internal team with an accurate pulse of the communityIdentify high-quality User Generated Content and reactive content opportunities, sharing them with the creative team to drive timely brand relevanceUtilize AI chat interfaces to generate high volume, on brand response drafts, significantly increasing engagement capacity without sacrificing qualityManage daily workloads and deadlines independently to ensure all engagement tasks are prioritized based on client needs and peak traffic timesUse AI-driven sentiment analysis to summarize comment themes across multiple platforms and supercharge response workflowsMust be Sprinklr proficient for scheduling, publishing, copywriting. Ability to "flex" between different brand personas and complex TOV guidelines Requirements 1+ year experience managing social communities for professional brands or agencies.Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related fieldDeep understanding of the technical and cultural differences between TikTok, X, Instagram, and emerging social spacesExperience with industry-standard tools including Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and BrandwatchSerial social media user who can show a deep understanding of key platformsExceptional written communication skills with a portfolio/samples of social copyStrong organizational and communication skillsA "solutions-oriented" approach to problem-solving under tight deadlines
