Freelance B2B Freelance Sales Field Representative (Madison)

About the role

Sqwad is launching one of Europe's largest marketplaces in the U.S., and we're hiring Field Representatives to lock in prime business locations before competitors do. This is not a sales job — there's nothing to sell. Your role is to secure partnership agreements with local businesses in your territory and get paid aggressively for it. If you're confident, street-smart, and thrive in face-to-face interactions, this is a serious income opportunity with no cap on earnings.

Responsibilities

• In-person outreach to local businesses in your assigned area
• Introducing Sqwad's partnership opportunity (no selling involved)
• Speaking directly with business owners and decision-makers
• Securing signed partnership agreements
• Building early market presence by locking in key locations
• Logging activity and leads using simple digital tools
• Passing qualified opportunities to the internal sales team

Requirements

• Self-motivated, driven, and results-focused
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Strong communicator who handles objections confidently
• Organized, reliable, and proactive
• Comfortable using basic tools like Google Sheets or CRM platforms
• Registered freelancer (1099)
• Must be located in Madison
• Native or fluent English speaker

Skills

• Field outreach or door-to-door experience (preferred, not required)
• Experience with Google Sheets (preferred, not required)
• Familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot (preferred, not required)

Pay

• $90 daily field fee for each qualifying workday (a day qualifies when you complete at least 10 store visits or sign at least one partner)
• $200 per shop activated within 24 hours of device delivery
• $140 per shop activated after the 24-hour window
• The daily field fee and activation bonuses are separate components of compensation
• Earnings vary according to activity and results; no total monthly earnings are guaranteed
