Freelance B2B Freelance Sales Field Representative (Fort Myers)

About the role

Sqwad is launching one of Europe’s largest marketplaces in the U.S. and hiring Field Representatives to secure prime business locations before competitors. This is not a sales job—there’s nothing to sell. Your role is to secure partnership agreements with local businesses in your territory and get paid aggressively for it. If you’re confident, street-smart, and thrive in face-to-face interactions, this is a serious income opportunity with no cap on earnings.

Compensation & Perks

• $20/hour guaranteed base pay
• $130 per activated partnership agreement
• Unlimited earning potential—top performers earn up to $500 per day

Responsibilities

• In-person outreach to local businesses in your assigned area
• Introducing Sqwad’s partnership opportunity (no selling involved)
• Speaking directly with business owners and decision-makers
• Securing signed partnership agreements
• Building early market presence by locking in key locations
• Logging activity and leads using simple digital tools
• Passing qualified opportunities to the internal sales team

Requirements

• Self-motivated, driven, and results-focused
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Strong communicator who handles objections confidently
• Organized, reliable, and proactive
• Comfortable using basic tools like Google Sheets or CRM platforms
• Registered freelancer (1099)
• Must be located in Fort Myers
• Native or fluent English speaker

Preferred Qualifications

• Field outreach or door-to-door experience
• Experience with Google Sheets
• Familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot
