About the role

The Construction Project Coordinator is a vital member of the team, reporting to the Home Center General Manager. This position assists the retail team in ensuring timely completion of construction while providing world-class service. The role involves managing all stages of construction in the field, including construction management, permitting, walk-throughs, and coordinating service.

Responsibilities

  • Completes all bill-backs with factories and related paperwork
  • Processes contractor bills
  • Manages customer files
  • Assists in obtaining permits
  • Follows up with contractors and customers for service calls, collecting all necessary paperwork
  • Manages the Home Center’s Net Promoter Score (NPS – Customer Service)
  • Schedules set-up, delivery, and other service-related items with contractors and customers
  • Follows up with customers using various contact methods, including home visits
  • Merchandises the retail location and homes (e.g., moving furniture, décor, and cleaning homes)
  • Assists in preparation for audits
  • Actively partners with manager on all exceptions and questions
  • Protects company assets
  • Participates in sales meetings and other company events
  • Assists during marketing promotions and events as needed
  • Contributes to a positive team environment
  • Performs other duties as assigned or delegated by manager

Requirements

  • Two-year degree is preferred

Pay

Hourly wage ranging from $20.00 to $26.00, depending on experience.
