About the role
The Construction Project Coordinator is a vital member of the team, reporting to the Home Center General Manager. This position assists the retail team in ensuring timely completion of construction while providing world-class service. The role involves managing all stages of construction in the field, including construction management, permitting, walk-throughs, and coordinating service.
Responsibilities
- Completes all bill-backs with factories and related paperwork
- Processes contractor bills
- Manages customer files
- Assists in obtaining permits
- Follows up with contractors and customers for service calls, collecting all necessary paperwork
- Manages the Home Center’s Net Promoter Score (NPS – Customer Service)
- Schedules set-up, delivery, and other service-related items with contractors and customers
- Follows up with customers using various contact methods, including home visits
- Merchandises the retail location and homes (e.g., moving furniture, décor, and cleaning homes)
- Assists in preparation for audits
- Actively partners with manager on all exceptions and questions
- Protects company assets
- Participates in sales meetings and other company events
- Assists during marketing promotions and events as needed
- Contributes to a positive team environment
- Performs other duties as assigned or delegated by manager
Requirements

- Two-year degree is preferred
Pay
Hourly wage ranging from $20.00 to $26.00, depending on experience.
