About the role

The Freeborn County Sheriff's Office is seeking a Patrol Deputy to join their energetic team. The position offers opportunities such as SWAT, drug task force, boat and water patrol, ATV and snowmobile patrol, drone operator, or K9 handler. Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of diverse and complex clerical tasks requiring attention to precision and accuracy.
• Apply some limited judgment in carrying out job requirements.
• Conduct data entry, substantial customer relations, and service activities involving the application of various regulations, rules, and department routines.
• Maintain department records, transcriptions, receptionist support, and gather data needed for various department forms and reports.

Requirements

• Full-time position.
• Minimum of 8 years in Corrections field.
• BS degree in Corrections, Law Enforcement, or related field.
