About the role

Morris County, NJ-based Home Instead seeks Professional Caregivers to join our team. We offer comprehensive training and certification as a NJ Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA), leading to top industry pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Treatment and care for seniors with compassion, dignity, and respect
• Communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, eating, walking, and using the bathroom
• Help with routine tasks like meal preparation, grocery shopping, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
• Provide high-quality, compassionate in-home care

Requirements

• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with compassion, dignity, and respect
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
• Criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screen
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• No prior experience necessary – paid training provided by Home Instead

Qualifications

The state of NJ mandates that all CARE PROFESSIONALS be certified as Home Health Aides (CHHA). Home Instead provides this training to its team members.
