Caregivers Needed Free Training

Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking dependable, compassionate Caregivers and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide non-medical in-home care to seniors and individuals needing assistance with daily living activities in Pittsfield, MA and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation assistance
• Remind clients to take medications
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication with office staff

Requirements

• Previous caregiving or PCA experience preferred but not required
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
• Ability to work independently in a client's home
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to pass background screening
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
