Responsibilities

• Usher: Responsible for being a positive and welcoming presence to fans by directing them to the seats and different areas of the stadium. Ensures seats in assigned sections are wiped down and functional for all fans.
• Parking Attendant: Assists VIP parking clients with parking passes into and out of their designated areas. Assists fans with handicap parking.
• Bat Boy: Assists the Home Clubhouse Manager in prepping the dugout for game days, cleaning and tearing down the dugout after games, and serves as a bat retriever and ball runner during the game.
• Fun Zone Attendant: Operates and tears down the Fun Zone every event. Adheres to rules and guidelines of each attraction to ensure the safety of every child.
• Ticket Taker: Operates the front gate, scans tickets, upholds Nymeo Field at Harry Grove Stadium entrance policies, and answers fan questions.
• Ticket Seller: Facilitates all box office ticket sales at Nymeo Field at Harry Grove Stadium on game days and solves ticket issues using ticketing software.
• Merchandise Store Associate: Provides excellent customer service, maintains a clean and organized sales floor, and assists fans with questions. Processes payments.
• Grounds Crew: Assists the Head Groundskeeper in preparing the playing field for games, performs in-game drag, and does post-game field work.
• Camera Operator: Films in-game promotions and fans during Keys games. Films within the press box, on the field, and on the concourse.
• Official Scorer: Makes decisions during games on how plays are scored. Informs press box staff of decisions and changes to the game.
• Mascot: Creates a fun and energetic atmosphere at every home game. Performs skits, helps with on-field promotions, takes pictures, signs autographs, and represents the organization.
• On-Field Emcee: Runs promotions before and after games and in between innings. Maintains a balance of professionalism and fun to ensure timelines are met and entertain fans.
• PA Announcer: Makes announcements throughout the stadium. Balances professionalism and fun to meet team and sponsor expectations while keeping fans engaged.
• Scoreboard Operator: Displays the line score on the scoreboard during games. Tracks pitches, keeps score of runs, hits, and errors for each team.
• Musical Operator: Plays music and sounds during Keys games. Balances professionalism and fun to meet team needs while boosting entertainment level.
• Message Center Operator: Queues and displays graphics on the ribbon board. Ensures correct scripted graphics are played at times for batters, promotions, and in-game events.
• Visiting Clubhouse Manager: Ensures visiting team has everything needed for a comfortable and seamless experience. Acts as a concierge for players and staff by managing laundry, stocking food/drinks, handling equipment, cleaning the clubhouse, and fulfilling special requests. Essential for providing hospitality, maintaining locker rooms, and handling logistics.

Pay

Individual hourly rate for this position is unique to each candidate and will be commensurate with experience, education, and skills, ranging from $15 - $20.
