Requirements

• Teaches and practices Freddy’s standards of hospitality, quality, and cleanliness
• Leads by example
• Affords assistance in developing a professional work environment by following all company policies
• Follows all procedures and checklists to ensure consistency between shifts
• Organized and develops good time management skills
• Always willing to learn and be receptive to coaching and constructive criticism
• Supervises Team Members on the floor often while working one of the stations
• Maintains focus on coaching and refining Team Member skills
• Ensures cleanliness and maintenance of facility and equipment
• Affords assistance to the management team in various business duties

Skills & Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Has 1+ year of restaurant experience or hospitality industry experience
• Desires to lead by example and work in a team environment
• Displays natural leadership skills
• Shows effective communication skills
• Willingness to learn new skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk up to 10 hours/day
• Continuous reaching, bending, lifting, carrying, and stooping
• Free access to all areas of the restaurant
• Ability to move or handle items weighing up to 50lbs
